Requirements

Conflict resolution and stress management skills

Experience with CRM systems

Basic understanding of construction and design principles

Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry

Basic knowledge of reading construction plans and estimates

Valid Category B driver's license

Communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

Keeping clients informed about project progress

Assisting clients in preparing and coordinating necessary documents

Managing client expectations and resolving issues

Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Coordinating client interactions with the construction team
